What services do you offer?
Our core focus is on providing high-quality services for window, door, and porch screens. This includes installation, replacement, and repairs. We also provide additional services such as custom porch and deck construction, porch repairs and refacing, 3-season porch conversions, and specialty screen enclosures for residential and commercial customers. We also sell materials to the public.
What does it mean to be a “mobile” screen service?
Our mobile service brings the shop to you, so you don’t have to remove your screens and transport them to us. Our specialized unit comes directly to your home or business to perform repairs, fabrications, and installations on-site. This mobility also means we’re often able to respond and provide solutions faster than traditional screen companies, saving you time and stress.
Do you offer any type of warranty on your work?
Yes, we back up our work with a one-year guarantee on both our workmanship and the materials we use.
Do you work with residential and commercial customers?
Our team is proud to work with home and business owners throughout our service area. From single window screen fixes to custom enclosures for commercial patios, we are ready to help.
How do I know if I need a screen repair or a full replacement?
Our experienced team will carefully assess your screen, paying attention to things like corrosion, fading, warping, holes, and brittleness. If we can repair the area effectively, that’s what we’ll do, but if a replacement is the better option for longevity (and long-term cost savings), we will explain why and help you explore your replacement options.
What are some common screen issues you can repair?
Some of the most common problems we assist customers with include visible holes, rips, or tears in the mesh, as well as accompanying problems like missing tension springs, broken flip tabs, or bent frames.
Do you replace the whole frame or just the screen?
Our team can do both, depending on your needs. If the frame is in good shape, we replace the mesh, but if the frame is showing signs of issues like corrosion or severe bending/warping, we can fabricate or install a new frame for you.
Will replacement screens and frames match my existing ones?
Yes, we carry a wide selection of screen products and frame options, so we will assess your existing setup and help you find the right option to match the aesthetic and functionality of the existing materials.
Can you create screens for non-standard window sizes?
Absolutely. We can fabricate screens on-site and create custom fits for any size or shape window.
What is an Eze-Breeze panel?
The Eze-Breeze system is a versatile panel system that allows you to upgrade your screened-in porch or patio into a more usable three-season room. The panels offer all the ventilation of a screen, but with the added protection of durable and lightweight panels that can slide up or down, as well as slider units that easily slide from side to side.
Is the Eze-Breeze system a good alternative to glass enclosures?
For many clients, yes. The Eze-Breeze system allows for excellent ventilation and is designed to be highly durable, offering exceptional flexibility in addition to the added protection that you might get from glass panels. The system is also lightweight, quick to install, and a fraction of the cost of glass.
How often will I need to rescreen my porch?
That will depend on factors like the environment and materials used. For example, high-durability products like Super Screens don’t need rescreening as often as standard mesh options.
Can you repair screens that have been damaged by pets or wind?
Yes, and we also offer specialty products like Super Screen and Pet Screen, which is seven times stronger than traditional insect screening and designed to hold up to rambunctious pets (as well as wind-blown debris).
My patio frames are loose/damaged – can you still fix the screen?
We can! Our team will carefully assess the enclosure, including the frame and the screens, and provide repairs that ensure the structure is stable, secure, and good-looking.
Are there screens that are more durable for screened-in porches?
Yes, we carry a variety of specialty screen products that offer more durability than standard mesh, including Pet Screens that are designed for pet-friendly households, Super Screen products that are coated in PVC and provide advanced tensile strength and tear resistance, and SeeVue stainless steel screening that offers an appealing blend of enhanced durability and superior airflow/visibility.
How much does a screened porch or enclosure cost?
Every porch has unique dimensions, frame requirements, and design considerations, so we do not have flat rates. Instead, we provide custom, no-obligation quotes for each project based on our assessment and your unique needs and preferences.
How does the porch rescreening process work?
We bring our equipment and materials to your property, and our technician conducts an assessment to determine the frame condition and screen needs. From there, we can perform the rescreening on-site, ensuring a precise, custom fit for the screen as well as addressing any problems with the frame.
Can you convert a screened porch into a three-season room?
Yes, this is one of our areas of expertise. We use Eze-Breeze three-season vinyl porch windows to upgrade a standard screened porch into a three-season room. These window panels offer excellent durability while still allowing for ample ventilation when you want it. It’s a versatile and cost-effective way to upgrade your outdoor space into an area you use comfortably for more of the year. If you prefer a more stout glass option, we also offer Summerspace windows, which can also allow you to do away with your pickets and rails on your porch.
