Tony and Trevor came to fit 6 screens on an historic house. They custom built and fit them on site in 4 hours. Neat and swept up after themselves.

Screen Medics was a pleasure to work with. They came to the house with samples so we could see what we were ordering. We went with a clear view screen on top and it’s like nothing is there visually. On the bottom we went with a heavy duty because our little dog pounces on it trying to get at the squirrels. Both worked out well. It took a month for our contractor to complete tile and fireplace installation and Screen Medics worked with us on timing. They took down the frames so the contractor and painter had better access, came back to modify the door frame and install the door, then back to complete the new screening. We thought the price was fair. Every person sent to work on the porch was pleasant and professional. Highly recommended.

I contacted your company several weeks ago to have screens made for my mother on Fairfax Street in Clinton. I was pleasantly surprised when Mike immediately returned my call. I sent him pictures and measurements and he again promptly sent me a quote. I agreed to the quote and he scheduled an installment date that was within days. Mike always immediately answered my texts and calls and was SO nice to work with. Well, Mike contacted me the morning of the installation so that I could be there to sit with my mom just as I had asked of him. I would highly recommend. Screen Medics rescreened our 13×33 porch with bettervue and replaced 3 screen doors. Results look great; we are very pleased. The workmanship is pretty high quality and the crew was very courteous and efficient (completed whole job in a day). A few weeks later one of the doors had expanded slightly due to weather and was not closing properly. They had someone at my house 90 minutes later fixing it. Owner was nice too and worked with me to maximize value in our project; I am thankful for that.

My experience with Screen Medics was excellent. I am absolutely thrilled with the finished product. So are my cats! First, I must say they were the only company who was willing to do the job because the covered deck that I wanted to close up and screen has many unusual shapes and angles, which required tedious and meticulous work (many triangles of various sizes needed to be accommodated). Thanks to their kind sales rep, Dan, who put up without any complaints, with my multiple design changes and special requests (I wanted screened sliding doors which can usually be useless to contain feline escape artists, he found a provider of sliding screened doors that are tough enough for such job). These doors are fantastic because they don’t take up extra space. Secondly, I want to really send a huge thank you to all their crew (Hunter, Tony, Polo, and a few others – sorry if I can’t recall all of your names) who worked diligently and so hard in temperatures nearing 100 F! They all were extremely professional, respectful, conscientious, and gave great attention to details. Bonnie, the office coordinator, made sure to keep me informed of their arrival dates and times and made the entire process smooth. I highly recommend this company for your screening needs.

Screen Medics visited my home, along with several other contractors, for a project to screen our covered patio. From the beginning, their team approach was impressive. Their website is informative, fully lays out your options, and describes their process and materials. During the site visit, their professional discussed our ideas, needs, and desired outcome and presented options for our project. The quote we received was timely and the price was much lower than other options while moving us from wood to an all-aluminum structure. We had lots of questions and their team of Heather and Rich were amazing. At one point we had concerns about permits and home owner association approval and they obtained confirmation from our local city inspector office that no permit was required, where the other companies would not discuss permits or charged a flat fee for permits, even though they were not needed. We set a date and then they were flexible as we adjusted based on the HOA approval date. On the day of our installation, a father and son team arrived with all the materials needed for the screening. The father was experienced and his son displayed the attention to detail that comes from proper training and development. They worked through the day and encountered a few issues based on the patio and support structure of our supports. They solved those, but approaching darkness required them to return the next day and finished in a very short time before moving onto the next job. Our results with the full aluminum frame construction including the pickets, the quality of the screening, and the excellent door to the back yard were outstanding. We have been using this new outdoor space extensively and really appreciate the Screen Medics’ professional approach throughout the process. We would recommend them for any screening project. COST SAVING TIPS: First of all, consider getting a specialist in screens if you are doing screens only. The work was higher quality because this team did nothing but screens and had the proper materials. Consider using aluminum as a much lower cost alternative and go with the extra quality of screening materials. Screen Medics provided us with both.

I had an awesome experience from the time I scheduled the installation to the time of completion. The techs are nice and respectful and their work is top notch. We have had multiple complements on our screened-in porch and we absolutely love it. The frame and door are sturdy and solid and I’m convinced the screen is impenetrable. We have two dogs and they don’t phase it. Would definitely recommend.
